Terms of service (draft)
Draft, pending legal review
These terms apply to Creativital (creativital.space), operated by Rostyslav Chonka, Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. Questions: support@creativital.space.
The service
Creativital shows public YouTube videos and Shorts in the topics you set up, ranks them by how far they beat their own channel's usual views, breaks them down and helps you draft scripts. Boards update when you refresh them. Ready topics can also follow public Instagram business and creator accounts through the official Instagram API. TikTok is not supported. Features may change as the product develops.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We open access in small groups and cannot promise a date.
Accounts
You need to be at least 16 and give a working email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
Subscription and payment
- Plans are paid subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, and start with a 14-day trial.
- Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
- Unless you cancel before the trial or period ends, the plan renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed.
- You can cancel in Billing at any time. Cancelling stops renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits (topics, AI generations) are listed on the pricing page.
Data from Instagram
Instagram data comes from the official Instagram Graph API by Meta. Posts and their content belong to their creators. We show captions, public counts and short quotes for analysis only, never images or videos, and we link every post back to Instagram. How we handle this data is explained in our privacy notice.
The multiplier on Instagram boards (how many times more likes and comments a post got than its creator usually gets) is a Creativital estimate calculated from public likes and comments. It is not an Instagram metric, and Instagram and Meta do not endorse Creativital.
Data from YouTube
Creativital uses YouTube API Services. Video data comes from the YouTube Data API. By using Creativital you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Videos and their content belong to their creators. We show public metadata and short quotes for analysis only, and we link every video back to YouTube. How we handle YouTube data is explained in our privacy notice, which also refers to the Google Privacy Policy.
The view multiplier (how many times more views a video got than its creator usually gets) and views per day are Creativital estimates calculated from public view counts. They are not YouTube metrics and YouTube does not endorse them.
AI output and no guarantees
Breakdowns and scripts are generated with the help of an AI model and are labelled as such. They are drafts that can be wrong. Numbers on the board describe what already happened; they are not predictions. We do not promise any number of views or followers.
Your content and acceptable use
- What you write and save in Creativital stays yours. You give us the rights needed to store and process it to run the service.
- Learn from structure; do not republish other creators' words, footage or music as your own.
- Do not use the service to break the law or third-party terms, collect personal data unlawfully, overload the service, or get around access controls or plan limits.
Wellbeing features
Optional Focus and check-in tools are for self-reflection only and are not medical, psychological or therapeutic services.
Ending and liability
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
Changes and law
We will tell you by email before material changes take effect. [Governing law and venue to be filled in after legal review.]
